How long are the videos?
Each video varies, but on average each DVD runs about 90 minutes. The entire 6 DVD Series provides 9.3 hours of instruction, making it the most comprehensive instructional hitting program ever created. The videos are formatted in short segments so it is very easy to browse through all the material.

What age group / skill level is Hitting For Excellence appropriate for?
Hitting For Excellence was designed to benefit players of all ages and skill levels. If you have a child who is just getting started with baseball, this series will ensure that he gets correct hitting instruction from the beginning – a huge advantage since the vast majority of kids are taught incorrect hitting techniques. The only section of the series that is not applicable to young hitters is the weight training portion of the Explosive Training DVD, which is recommended for high school and older players only.

Is Hitting For Excellence appropriate for Fastpitch Softball?
We have many fast pitch softball players using the Hitting for Excellence Program. Basically the mechanics are the same - you have to be short and
quick to the ball. The big difference is the release point from the pitcher. The only portion that doesn’t pertain is the curveball training.
